Koovs provides credible international brands along with its own range of clothing and accessories.
As per SimilarWeb, Koovs attracts over 3.5Mn users per month and hence user engagement has always been a key priority for the marketing team. Desktop continued to contribute significant traffic while the only means of communication with those users was via Email or SMS. This not only limited their ability to engage with users but also, these channels itself triggered limited responses. In the context of Mobile web, user engagement was even more daunting!
